We were in your office last Friday and we would like to let you know that we feel very comfortable in letting you represent our case and hope for a chance to rebuild our life.
I'm sure you have met a lot of people and have known the circumstances of their lives and could differentiate those that have taken advantage of the law and those who could not be given an option except to go thru the bankruptcy protection - we belong to the latter one.

I spoke to Wendy last Friday to convey my thanks to her and you for all the effort made during this bankruptcy process. I’ve learned a lot during this endeavor both from you (your demeanor), your staff and the system.
I recall a comment you made to me once stating that it was “difficult to keep up with me because I was always one step ahead”. That was in regards to how I was meeting my transportation needs since I chose to surrender my auto as part of my bankruptcy resolution. I took it as a complement (even if it wasn’t met to be so), if nothing more than to remind me of how serious I wanted to correct my financial disposition.
I rarely make recommendations to anyone about anything. In my opinion, generally speaking, customer service just “sucks”. You don’t always get what you pay for. You are the exception. I will recommend others who may need your services. Again many thanks.
